What are silk flowers?

A type of artificial flower made from silk and latex real touch materials. They last for many many years and require little to no maintenance.

Why silk flowers?

Artificial flowers have come a long way from the days of tacky plastic cheap and nasty products. Our flowers are made from the best real touch and premium silk materials, making them look super realistic. Most people can't tell they are not real! 

Artificial flowers have many benefits:

How do I care for my silk flowers?

Easy! Keep them out of direct sunlight (small periods for an event is ok) and to clean, a low setting on cool on a hairdryer is all that is needed.

When should I order my flowers?

For custom orders we recommend at least 6 to 8 weeks out from your wedding or event but more time is always better, the benefit of silk flowers is that you can store them. For flowers in our online store please allow 7 to 8 business days for your florals to be shipped. Everything is made to order.

How are the flowers shipped?

Gather Botanical offer free shipping for items in the online store.

A quote for shipping custom orders will be supplied via quote.

Gather Botanical ship by either Australia Post or via private courier depending on the size of the order and your location. A tracking number will be issued to you.

If you require express shipping please let us know and we can arrange this promptly. Items will be shipped at a slightly higher rate for express service.

Each item is carefully packaged to ensure your flowers reach you looking gorgeous. You may need to re-fluff your flowers after their journey (their bendable stems and durable petals allow for this). 

How long will it take to ship my item?

Gather Botanical is a boutique studio therefore all flowers are made to order. Please allow 5 to 7 days for order to ship and another 5 to 7 days to arrive depending on where you are located within Australia.

What is your returns policy?

 We accept returns on all full priced items returned within 14 days of purchase.
